WW1 German picture postcard 1914-1915

A very nice WW1 German postcard that shows several German officers in uniform and some nuns / nurses.
On the foreground there is a chalkboard with the German text (translated) “war year 1914-1915”
It is an actual picture, from which they made a postcard.

On the back of the postcard it is dated with 15^th august 1915 and some unreadable scribbling.
