WW2 British / Canadian white hospital top

a top made of a very soft cloth.
Outside and inside are white of colour.
One side is open over the total length and can be closed with 5 sets of with tie down straps.
Probably used for people that got hurt on an arm and can’t make the movement to put it through a sleeve.
Very strange and rare item!
Markings:
in the neck is a small white label that reads in red “Canadian red Cross society moose jaw branch” together with a red cross in the middle.
*****Only one left, but this one does not have any label. For the rest exactly the same as shown here in the photo’s**************
Condition:
unused / dirty from storage
