Russian shoulder boards

Here a pair of Russian shoulder boards.
Can’t tell you much about it, because I don’t have reference books that handle the Russian subject on uniforms and badges.
They come in a set and are pretty big.
Material is of a kind of twill and are of the “slip on” type.
The metal stars and wreath are all attached with help of a pin with threat.
The top button is attached with a cotter pin.
Top button has a nice touch, because it has the Russian star with the hammer and sickle.
Don’t know which branch it belongs and also don’t know the exact rank or timeline it was used in.
Probably something high with all the stars !
If some one can tell me the rank and branch, please let me know!
