British George Cross Medal

The George Cross (GC) is second in the order of wear in the United Kingdom honours system and takes precedence over all other orders, decorations and medals, including the Order of the Garter, except the Victoria Cross.
The GC is the highest gallantry award for civilians, as well as for members of the armed forces in actions for which purely military honours would not normally be granted.

This is a very, very rare and expensive medal when you can get an original one.
So, this one is not an original, but a good reproduction.
This medal is also marked on the back with “copy”, but someone tried to remove it.
If you don’t have a big bag of money, this is the best next thing!
