Dutch issued American cigarettes

This is an empty pack of “Virginia” cigarettes.
Not sure, but lost likely produced in the U.S.A.
It has a Dutch tax / distribution label, that shows price and content of 20 cigarettes.

Nice display item and looks even better when filled with a small block of wood or something like that.
