Sam brown belt

Here a very nice complete brown leather belt.
It is the so called “Sam brown” belt that was used by officers.
Most likely this is a pre-WW2 Dutch belt, but it is possible that this also could be a British version.
Belt is not mint, because it is used and I could not find any markings.
That is also why there is some doubt about the fact if it is Dutch or British.
