Unknown cutlery

There are 2 sets of cutlery from an unknown origin to me.
They are complete with knife, spoon and fork.
Almost certain post-war.
May be military or may be scouts ?
May be perfect for German re-enactment, because as far as I know they had this type of cutlery.
