WW2 British hospital bleu

An item you will not see much.
It is a must for every one that is collecting medic item or just an item to have.
This is a so called “hospital bleu” dress, that is worn by patients that are staying in hospital.
As far as I know it is WW2, but there are no stamps or labels.
It is the kind that has to be tighten on the back with help of 4 white cotton straps.
Made of wool.
Markings: no markings
Condition: Nice condition, but dirty from storage.
